Campbell’s World Travel is an independent, owner-operated travel agency, founded by John and Maxeen Campbell in 1977.

The mission statement, of “under-promising and over-exceeding in service, with integrity and value” still applies today. This is backed up with every staff member being committed to giving caring, personalised and professional attention to clients needs and desires.

Through providing excellence in what they deliver, the business continues to grow by “word of mouth’ advertising. Care is taken to ensure only the best travel products are utilised.

Over the past 30 years John and Maxeen have personally escorted many tours within New Zealand and to all parts of the world. By escorting the tours themselves, they ensure that every care and detail is attended to with any unexpected problems handled immediately.

This provides a trouble free experience for their clients, many of whom have travelled with the Campbell’s repeatedly. Being hands on owner operators, decisions are effected straight away to ensure clients continued enjoyment.
